Transformations was started in 2010 by Joshua P. Galbraith, Founder and current C.E.O. Transformation currently has six facilities throughout West Virginia making it one of the largest providers of Medical Weight Loss and Cosmetic Skin Care in West Virginia and the surrounding areas. Our company's mission is to combine medicine with nutritional education to help patients make the lifestyle changes necessary for long term weight loss, a youthful appearance, and good health. Our physicians that staff each Transformations collectively have over 250 years of combined medical experience. We strive to provide a variety of treatment options and a one-stop-shop experience that offers a convenient experience and comprehensive treatment plans leaving you with a boost your self-confidence and feeling your best. At Transformations our main focus is the success of our patients. We have never seen a patient that has followed the Transformations Weight Loss Program not have success. Transformations' 3rd facility, located in the Bypass Plaza in Beckley, made the Money Section of the Register-Herald with it's innovative approach to medical weight loss in the Beckley area.
